All of our services come with our exclusive 30 Day Guarantee. If for any reason you are less than 100% satisfied, Sunrise will promptly return and re-clean any portion of the job. If you are still less than satisfied, we will refund the cost of the portion of the job.

All Cleaning Meets IICRC Standards

All of our Cleaning & Restoration services meet the strict standards set forth by the IICRC. This means that the work we perform meets the warranty requirements from the major carpet mills. We will provide you with a Certificate of Guarantee that documents IICRC Standards were met.

Life Time Bottle of Spotter

When you have your carpet or furniture cleaned by Sunrise, we will leave you a FREE bottle of our famous Home Pro Spotter. This is the same quality professional spotter that we use every day. This is a “life time” bottle. That means, when you run out, you simply bring the bottle into our office and we will re-fill it at no charge.
